Congrats on your new Rkss. The wife and I got ours last October and just got back from our third trip. On our way home she said she really likes the new camper. I teased her when we purchased it that it was the "comfy" chairs that sealed the deal. This is the first TT we've owned with a slide so that makes the space in this TT awesome! Enjoy our adventures.

We bought our 27rkss last year and love it. We camped in it 57 nights last year. It is a great camper for a couple. We have no regrets. Are you going to the Frog rally?

Don't think we will be able to make the rally. It sounds like they have lots of fun and activities. Hopefully we will get to see lots of pictures.

We have had ours for a couple weeks now and absolutely love it. We have a few minor issues but they should be all under warranty. One thing I don't like is the awning. I like the fact that it is a power awning but it doesn't se stable. What I bean is that with any wind at all it blows up and down. I would rather the hand operated one as it is way more stable. I guess a guy could anchor it don to keep it steady. What does everyone else do with this. I have added a 500w inverter by the tv to be able to watch tv without generator. We only use our awning while we are outside and roll it up when we leave the campground or go inside for the evening. We were advised by the dealer to have the awning out only when we use it.

That's exactly what we do but when the wind approaches 20kms an hour the awning wants to move up and down...I'd like to be able to lock those shocks.

27rkss

Have only had a few issues since purchasing ours in March of 2013. On our 9th trip. First trip we had the fuse for the bathroom electrical Blow(easy fix). On our 9th(current) trip the shower started leaking from under the shower pan. There is an inspection panel in front, opened to see and found that the hole cut in sub floor for shower trap was not located properly so trap is at a severe angle and not sealed properly. Found A wet soapy sludge under neath along with wet insulation under sub floor. Apparently leaking for entire time of ownership. Will schedule a service visit after we get home tomorrow. The only other recurrent complaints are noisy propane bottles which are just outside of the head of the bed. And that you have to have the slide out to load refrigerator and pantry(really dangerous on narrow streets like mine).

Try this again. Couldn't open photo. Here's a pic of awning stabilizing I made after seeing a few ideas on line. Another thing I experiencing is that when awning is in during rain water seemed to come in all along the awning.

I think it's because the awning is too high on the trailer so the water has to run down the awning toward the channel in which the awning is in!!

I'm having a little issue with the electric stabilizers. The rear legs are not moving up and down together. One side will stop and the other side keeps going down. Any suggestions as to what might be causing this?
