2015 300bh

I am new to the forum. In January we purchased out new camper. It is a 2015 Salem Hemisphere 300BH. We cannot wait to get it and start camping. Has anyone had one of these of an older model year? If so, has there been any problems with them?

I have a 2015 also bought it in july last year. We love the unit and floor plan we have only been able to use it twice. Right now it has been at the dealer for 2 weeks waiting on the factory to make a decision on some problems. My camp kitchen door is bowed out really bad also the fiberglass has a bubble and some problems with one slide. Iam allready questioning my decision on this unit I was looking at a flagstaff also. Just dont see why it takes so long for the factory to fix problems that were caused by poor design and workmanship.

I hope it is not a Forest River theme. Last time I went to the dealer I overheard the service staff saying how slow they were to an irate customer who wanted his trailer back.

well checked on my camper today still no response from the factory I am starting to see why someone would get irate but I am not to that point yet. I have owned holiday rambler four winds and jayco this is the first time to have these issues so if something doesn't change real quick I will sell this unit and buy something else but not a forest river product. sorry to hijack this thread

Bought mine back in April, been to yellow stone , crossed through the bear tooth parkway, from Alabama. Made a lot of modifications, only had a fuse blown for the remote control. Changed out the cheap grill for a stainless steel.Click image for larger version

Looks like you have a Tundra to pull the camper. How does it handle for you?

Where do you guys get the upgraded grill from?

Cannot wait to get our new camper to get out there. 1 month and counting!

Skislodge: the tundra pulls the camper great, handles, absolutely love this truck.
The grill was from Sam's Club. $99.00 had to modify a little. Click image for larger version

I've pulled this rig from Bama to Yellow stone and a different trip to grande canyon. No problems no worries. 7 to 9 miles average

Popular model! Visited our 232IS at the storage this evening and a HG 300BH was in the lot with fresh temporary plate and a build date of 1/20/15! Saw 5 being delivered to the local dealer too last week. Enjoy it!!! Welcome from NJ!
