Hello! We had a service done on our trailer last fall and they winterized it for us. We are now having a problem finding our bypass hose.
Can someone please help?
welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. Check behind the water heater there should be three valves make sure the one connecting the hot and cold together is closed. you may have to remove some panels to get to it.

It is located behind the water heater but only accessable in the bunk house by taking out a drawer. It's beside the furnace.
