30kqbss awning lights not working properly

Remote for awning lights won't work. The lights will go on but thee flash different colors and there is no way to change them.
We picked this camper up brand new last week and noticed it that night when we got home.
We have to take it in already because the fridge isn't working at all, so I'm going to have them look at it. But I was wondering if this was a quick fix and someone on here has dealt with it.

As far as the LED lights. Make sure you are aiming the remote at the receiver.. usually it's towards one end of the light strip itself.. a wire should be coming into/out of it. As far as the fridge, I don't know.. sorry

Yes. As said above. Stand outside and point the remote at the light strip bear the front.

Replace the battery in the remote..............................
