30kqbss outdoor kitchen/tv

Has anyone put any thought into adding a TV to the kitchen counter on the outside kitchen on the 30kqbss? I think it would be an excellent addition for tailgating.

There is an available outlet there, but no cable outlet. There is, however, a cable outlet on the inside back wall of the bunk room. Does anyone have any suggestions on splicing that cable outlet and adding one to the outside kitchen?

What would be the easiest and most aesthetic method?

I use satellite so I ran two coax cables from the rear of the trailer under the trailer along the frame then came up and into my outside kitchen under the counter. Then I punched through the counter behind the fridge and placed my directv receiver on top of the fridge. I then run an HDMI cable out the kitchen opening and to my flat screen which mounts just next to the door. When I call it a night I role up the HDMI and close up the kitchen.
