A Good Experience!

I have been critical of Forest River and the Salem line of trailers in the past, but I must admit my recent experience in getting body work done was excellent. Even though our 2015 Cruise Lite is out of warranty, they covered the replacement of the top nose panel after paint began peeling this Spring. The work was done at St. Louis RV in O'Fallon, MO within a week after receiving it from Forest River. We paid nothing. I would highly recommend them if you're in the area.

FYI, the contact person at Forest River is:
Wayne Bigler
Salem / Wildwood
Customer Service Representative
