Thanks guys, the new seating has transformed my 195 into a relaxing space. My flat screen is on a swivel mount next to the microwave so when the weather is bad staying inside is a piece of cake.
The paneling on the side of the cabinet and the cabinet top were reused from the old dinette. I now have a 12" empty space between the loveseat and bed where I may install another cabinet. I also have a mint set of cushions I need to post for sale.

I'm considering getting a 195BH as my first TT. Can anyone give me their reviews? It will need to accommodate me, wife, and two toddlers. Will this be enough room?

We love ours so far it accommodates me my husband and 3 kids ages 5,8, and 11.I guess it depends on how much time you plan on spending inside the camper.

Good to know. I would think most time would be outside. Where does your 5th person sleep? Does the dinette convert to a bed?

The 195 is an excellent value. We've camped many times with 3 adults and 2 small dogs so you should be fine. Its been very reliable other than the recent air bubble in our awning which FR is taking care of with their extended warranty.

Can you show photos of the door you added under the bed? Would that be an easy mod for a novice? It's a real pain getting to that storage and the under dinette seats.

we used a piano hinge and also just two drawer clips to keep it shut. I also built up the bed frame since it was cracking under the weight of two people. I basically reused the panel and wood from the frame to build it

We pick our first TT ,2014 195bh, in march and have love it. We have gone once a month since. It's just my wife,I and our new kitten. We haven't went across country or anything. It pulls nice behind my f150 with a WDH. Only probs so far was toilet leaked ( got new shipped free ), tv cable wasn't hooked up correctly behind the wall outlet, ( easy fix ), and now the grey and black tanks don't read " full" when they are full. Dealer is 30 min away, and is always "4 weeks until they can look at it". All in all, we love it.
