We just had our Salem 31KQBTS delivered..... our awning lights will not come on. We have changed batteries in the remote and still no lights. Just curious if anybody had any suggestions or if we were missing something obvious.
We also are having issues with our inside speakers. The outdoor speakers and the left side (passenger side) inside speakers both work however the right side do not have any sound coming out when the radio is on.
We live about 2 hours away from the closest service dealer so I was just curious if there was anything we could try before we have to schedule an appt with service.
We didn't have a PDI because we had our unit delivered. We ordered it new from an out of state dealer and due to work schedules we couldn't travel there for a PDI. We figured if there was anything wrong we would just get it serviced under the warranty. So far we have tried everything and it works just the awning lights and speakers have issues.
check the fuses on the wireless control box if you have wireless controls. You will find them under a drawer or in behind a cabinet somewhere close to the center of you TT most times in the kitchen. If no wireless check the fuse box for blown fuses.
