I ordered the vents from D&W Inc. They're the 8850 Large RV A/C Ceiling Vent. I bought the 7/8" insertion. They fit the existing base ring perfectly.

Did a little more investigating in the A/C ducts today.

Here's what I found.

This was found right past the bathroom vent.
It's slightly compressed and as you can see, the ends don't match. It's taped on the outside so it's probably leaking a little, but not too much.

I'm going to build a thin aluminum support to fit inside the duct to expand it back to full size and make the ends match. Then I will tape over it.

All the rest of the ductwork is in really good shape.
The ducts are about 2-1/2" X 9". So that's >18 Sq in X two equals 36 Sq in of duct area, which is plenty if it's all open and there's plenty of vents.

More mods this weekend. Adding a couple of cabinet doors and a few drawers that should have been there from the beginning.

The cabinet doors don't quite match, but after a little color polish they will.

The furnace return grill is getting moved to the side of the cabinet where it should have been to start with.
