Confusion on 276ROK

I have inquired to a local dealer about a 5er on the FR site goes under the model Salem Hemisphere 276ROK. The order sheet he sent me has a model of F276RLIS as the only version of the 276 and has the outside kitchen as an option. Just curious as to the difference in model numbers? There also seems to be an identical floor plan (and identical model) under the Wildwood Heritage Glen name. From the searches on the internet, looks like you can get them nicely equiped for $29K. Anyone have experience with this model or have seen one in person? Paticularly interested in outdoor kitchen looks cramped in the few pictures I've seen.
