Considering 2011 Salem 27 RKSS...have questions!

We're considering getting back into RVing now that the nest is empty, and I've found a 2011 that looks great. But...I'm confused by what I'm seeing on weight info. I have a 2012 Tundra with tow options rated at over 10,000#. The trailer shows a GVWR of 7,715#...and the axles are showing a GAWR of 3,500 each. Is it just me, or are the axles overloaded?

I love the floor plan. I'm sure there aren't much if any difference between the 2011 and the current year. Mine tows great with our F150.

I thought the same thing with my toy hauler. Gvwr was 7661 and it had two 3500 pounds axles. Didn't make sense to me. Then some one told me that at least 10% of the max 7661 should be on the truck so 7661-760=6901 which is ok. Ya I never thought of this but it makes complete sense.
