Electrical system

Las Sept. we bought a new Salem estate villa, 39 ft. Model #SMT392FLFB.
The question is we have an interior light in the front of the unit and can not figure out how to turn on this light. Either we need a wiring diagram, and or have someone answer this question.

We only stayed in it for 3 weeks last fall and now we are staying in it for the summer. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Does it possibly have a switch/button for it....maybe on a panel or near a door.

My trailer has the first overhead light nearest the entrance door wired to a rocker switch on the main panel. If the main panel switch is turned off, you cannot turn the light on at the light itself.......but you can turn the light off at the light itself if the rocker switch is turned on. You'll need to make sure the wall switch, and switch at the light are both turned on for the light to work.

The reason for this, is you leave the light turned on at the light...then use the rocker panel switch to turn the light on/off when you enter/exit the trailer. That's a lot easier than fumbling around in the dark trying to feel for the switch on the light.

Played with all of the switches, both on the light and all of the rocker switches we could find. No problem with any other light, just this one.
Thanks

I hate to state the obvious....but did you check/replace the bulb?

Swap the bulb with a light fixture that works. The bulb may be burned out.

Problem solved, Removed the light fixture and found that it had a bad electrical connection. Cut out the factory splice and repleced it with a wire nut and all is well.
Bulbs are good.
That light is in the same circuit as the other main lights in the unit.
Thanks all for the imput.
