Faucet Leaking and black water indicator lights

Hi everyone,
I have a couple of questions. I have a 2007 23' Salem LE (no slideouts). I can't seem to get my tub spigot to stop running. It really squirt out. I have taken the stems out of the faucets and the spring with washer but can't seem to find anything wrong. They are not leaking out of the faucet just constantly running from the spigot. Is there an easy fix to this? It is happening to both the cold and hot water. No water leaks anywhere in the trailer. They look maintenance-free but I was thinking about replacing the whole darn thing today (faucets, spigot).
I also have readings that my black water is always full even when I empty it. I suspect it is a bad/blocked probe. Anyway to get this corrected CHEAPLY?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the only suggestion on the black tank is to flush. i haven't had success with mine yet.

on the faucet, are u talking abt when u pull the switch to get the water to run to the shower? is that what continues to run when u shower?

fill the black tank with water and pour in some "RV DIGEST-IT" it will clean the probes, As for the spigot leaking, may be a bad spigot.

You can replace that cheapo factory faucet with a cheapo from Home Depot, and still will be a much better faucet than the original! The hot and cold flex hoses should screw right on, with a perfect fit. Randy
