Ghosts in our Cruise Lite!

We store our trailer under roof, and on concrete floors at our best friends farm. Rain water can't get to it. It's always plugged in, locked up and I check it weekly when we're not using it. The last two times, the TV has been on and the electric awning about half way out!! Nothing else has been disturbed and the voltage is clean to the 30 AMP receptable. Everything electrical seems to be working, so wondering if we've got a ghost or something amiss. Serious!! Any thoughts?

If you're close enough to be checking it once a week, I would just keep it unplugged and the battery disconnected. Once every 45-60 days or so, plug it in for a few hours to top of the batteries, then disconnect again. Even ghosts need juice to dink with your electrics.

A trail cam would reveal your friend with a key.
