Welcome. Even with no leak that can happen as the water in the system cools off and contracts, but usually it only happens 1-2 times. Since yours continued the whole time the next place to look is the overpressure relief valve at the top of the water heater (outside).

You may have an air bubble somewhere that is acting like a surge compressor, You can just keep the pump turned off when you're not using it.

If you don't have water seeping out somewhere inside or dripping outside you have leakage at the pump or check valve back into the water tank. You can turn off the pump when not needed and have your dealer fix it after your done camping or can let them work on it.

Dealer called got camper in early they found a fitting that was lose was not leaking water but was causing the pump to cycle. Now I'm getting it ready to go on a camping trip far 14 days on Lake DeGray

Hoorahh! Good to Go. We get a lot of dealer bashing but it's also really good to give them credit for doing a good job too.
