Our door does touch the molding of the slide out. This is fixable. I feel that should reimburse the owner

I'm curious: how did you feel about the issue when you saw it before purchasing the unit? Did the salesman infer it could be fixed? My point is, you can't expect a mfr to pay for an individual design change just because an individual owner can't deal with a minor design issue. My Ford's front doors don't have a detent to hold them open at 45 degrees. Should I ask Ford to pay for the aftermarket hinges I installed?
