Hemisphere questions

Hello all, I recently purchased a new 2019 Hemisphere 300bh. I've had a few issues corrected already by the dealer after our first trip. So far no complaints about them as they got it back to me within a week in time for our second trip in which we just returned from. I do have a few concerns though.
1. There is a soft spot in the floor in between the island and the entertainment center as you walk in the door. I believe there is styrofoam in the floor (please correct me if I'm wrong) which I can hear as I walk in that area. Also I put a 4ft level and that area and it is approximately 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch lower then the rest of the floor. There is a vent in that area. I made it known to the dealer and they said its because of the vent. My only issue is that I checked an exact model on their lot and it does not have the soft spot. I was told they are now reaching out to FR in regards to it after I made it known the other one on their lot did not have this issue. If theres anyone else with this model that has the same issue please let me know.
2. The underbelly sags. I also addressed that with the dealer and was told it's normal for some models to do this. My issue is the exact model on their lot does not have this issue. I checked as best I could and did not see any wet spots.
3. I just saw today that the exterior windows only have silicone on the top of the windows. Theres no sealer along the sides or bottom. Should I seal the rest of the window, if so what should I use to do so?
4. The outside fridge came open while traveling. Anyone else have this issue, if so how did you stop it from happening again?
That's all for now. I'm sure many more questions while come to mind as time passes. Thanks in advance for any advice.

We use baby appliance locks to keep out outdoor fridge closed:

Underbellies are known to sag. Poke a hole and see if water comes out from some of the low points. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it.

Windows usually have butyl tape. You might not see it, but it should be there.

Had to put Velcro tape in my outside fridge door. You'll get used to making sure everything is secured while moving, couch moves a bit, outside kitchen drawer needed a lock etc. The windows need shouldn't be siliconed all the way around so they will drain. Almost always a few bugs in a new one. Stay on the dealer till satisfied.
