I purchased a 2018 Salem 31KQBTS. It's a long drive from home to pick it up. I'm wanting to set my hitch up before the drive, and not try to do all of the work in a gravel lot, in the cold, by myself and take all of my tools with me. My question is....what is the ball height on this trailer, when it's unloaded/stock? I've looked all over the internet, but can't find this one measurement. Thanks!
I had the same issue, asked the dealer to level and measure for me, not that it worked out for me, but, maybe your dealer can do better. My 27 dbk is right about 21.5" fwiw. Dealer told me 24".
Thanks for the reply. I received the exact same response from my dealer. They said it was 24" within minutes of me texting the salesman on a Sunday(today) evening. I think its a cookie cutter response that they give every person who asks no matter the trailer.

Any chance you could get the dealer to go out and take a picture holding a tape measure with a bubble level in view? And text it to you. I would think helping out a purchase to get it off the lot wouldnt be asking for much.... I know that last sentence is kinda funny.. Good luck
