Hot water heater Salem Cruiselight 195Bh

I cannot seem to get my hotwater to work on 120 AC. I cannot locate the 120 AC switch on the outside panel or inside the camper. I get great hotwater on propane and have a switch for this inside the camper. Because I have hot water on propane this indicates my bypass valve is in the correct configuration. Please help.

Are you sure you have an electric heater? Many are propane only.

According to the standard features at the Salem link, you only have a DSI (propane) water heater, thus don't have the electric heating element option. You may be chasing a ghost here as CedarCreekWoody pointed out.

As excerpted:

Thanks

Yes I am slightly embarrassed. It is propane only and checked the specs you gave me. Thanks for the information. I assumed they all had the 120 ac option. I guess not.

For what it's worth I have seen heating elements to add the 120 volt options to heaters that did not come with. I've never installed one.
