Don't bother.
since this is your first post, i'll tell you that FR only provides a basic/generic owner's manual. none are model-specific.
it covers basic info on how RV systems work.
it's really not worth the paper it's printed on. you'd be better off buying a RV book.

it does come with manuals for all the things like: oven, a/c, stove, microwave, converter, furnace, fridge/freezer, and so on.
but you can get those from the manufacturers' websites.

Also disappointed with "manual"

Hey Robzilla, I'm taking delivery on a 2011 Windjammer on Wednesday.

The dealer kindly let me take the manual packet home to start reading through. I love to have good documentation, so I began to scour the contents of the packet.

That lasted about 20 minutes.

As stated, there are manuals/documents for all of the appliances, right down to the smoke detector, but not much that tells you anything specific about YOUR trailer.

The owners manual is VERY generic- basically a big waste of paper products. You'll learn more on this forum, or investigating the appliances (how they work) yourself. Randy

i'm sorry but did you read the previous posts?
the FR owners' manual is a generic waste of paper.

you'll do better with a RV how-to book.
you can get the manuals for the individual things, on the manufacturer's website. such as: fridge/freezer, a/c, oven, awning, converter, furnace, water heater and so on.

Too bad the manufacturer's don't just print them all to PDF's and post them on their websites by year and quit wasting the paper, the dealers should ask each buyer if they want a printed version for those computer handicapped persons. Then they could archive them for years to come. Everyone else could be directed to the website.

I discovered why Forest River (and other RV manufacturers) do not supply wiring diagrams to DIY types (or dealers for that matter); they don't use one.

From the looks of the underbelly wiring when I dropped it during my Horst Probe install, they just pull from the correct gauge spool of one or two wire when they make a run. There is no way to track down which wire does what, except visually. For example the left and right slide motors use the same green/yellow wires as the heating pads.

Lou, that is so very true, if they had a diagram then one would think they would have to follow it..... it seems more as trial and error as to where the lines and wires go.
