I have a 2019 Salem Hemisphere Hyper-lyte 23RB. My question is how can I find out what size lug nuts are on it. The factory lug nuts have that thin aluminum cover on them. I want to get some solid lug nuts. The aluminum has already started to crack on several of the lug nuts. Tried looking in owners manual but of course there is no information there. Thanks in advance for your help.
Take one off and go to the local performance shop/part store. They should have a gauge to check it. I would almost bet that it's 1/2"-20 but don't take my word for it.
It does have the 1/2 20 lug nuts. Having hard time finding any that are solid metal. Most of the shops I have visited have the ones with the metal covering. I have taken my wheels of twice. Once to get them balanced and once to repack the bearings and that metal covering has already cracked on several of them. Guess I will spend some time on the internet to see if I can find them.
Gorillia offers HT (Heat Treated) nuts that are supposed to be tougher.
They are solid steel chromed. I used to have an off-road shop and that's all I sold because they are good. Eventually they all rust, but you can polish them up every now and again.
Do a search on Amazon for lug nuts... dozens and dozens are listed there...

Yep, you can get solid lug nuts in any size. Just ask the internet. I replaced all mine with chrome (24 total) for just over $200. Ouch. But worth it. The jacketed lug nuts are pure evil
