My 2014 195BH now has water damage

Here is a video of my releasing the water from the underbelly.

I discover this by doing my monthly inspection and I was going to reseal the door stop since it looks poorly sealed from the last time the dealership had adjusted it. When I removed the screws for the door stop they was rusted.

My RV has been in the shop for a lot of things since July when I purchased it and we are having a hard time enjoying it since it's always there. I really just want a replacement RV, Anyone have experience with this?

Camping World currently has my RV.
