My furnace won't light

Hi,

I have a 2014 27RKSS and my furnace won't light. It goes through the motions of trying to start but no luck. It does the clicking two or three times.

We just spent 3 nights and 4 days and managed to get it to light twice but that's it. This morning it lit and warmed up the trailer but would not light again.

I did the purge exercise as is in the manual with no success. The fridge, stove and hot water all work fine.

I have not called my dealer yet as it's a holiday. What could be the problem? Suggestions welcome.

I had the same issue with a previous PUP. Check for spider webs in the air tube that leads to the propane burner.

Sometimes there is just too much air in the LP supply lines. I usually fire up the stove and let it run for 5 minutes to ensure the LP lines are purged. You'll be surprised how much air in the LP supply lines there is....

Well, my fridge is always running. But when it lit this morning it was after the hot water was on....I dunno.

Well I figured out my problem. Low Batteries!! Apparently when batteries are low, 12.5 or less as far as I can figure, the furnace will not light. Works fine today.

Well apparently it wasn't the battery low at all. It failed again. Turned out to be the circuit board on the furnace.

Low batteries are still a failure point. The low voltage keeps the fan from moving fast enough to trigger the sail switch.

Prolly wont help.... My furnace was acting weird... I pulled the furnace( not super easy)... did the "wiggle test" (plug and unplug) connections... retested partially unassembled... worked fine. Reinstalled... worked a few times... went camping...no work. Replaced circuit board... no trouble since
