Too all those who have a Linc pad to operate different functions of their camper. If yours does not operate when you unplug the USB you have to locate the router and put the password in it. The password is on the router the phone number to help you is(574)537 8900

Thanks for the update, does your Linc Pad now offer all your RV functions wirelessly as we discussed w/out being plugged into the USB?

So the trailer has its own router and generates its own hotspot that the android notepad can connect to? Where was the router located?

OK decided to see if I could find the router and sure enough it is located just below the wall mounted docking station but on the other side of the wall, accessible through the lower drawers in the 2nd bedroom. If you pull the top drawer out to its full extent and shine a light through the gap you will see the router and the username and password is printed clearly on the side.

What all does your Linc Pad allow you to control? I have awning and awning light, stabilizer jacks, front jacks and slides.

Also does anyone have any idea how to switch on the LED strips on the front of the fifth wheel???? Mine were on when I was doing my PDI so I know they work but I cant find a switch for them anywhere (including on the Linc Pad)

The Linc pad will control the slides, awning ,all jacks , lights. The switch to turn on the light on the front cap is in storage compartment next to the light and the inverter. Did you fix your Linc pad ?

Yup got the pad working thanks and found the switch 😊 my pad only seems to control the awning light even though it lists main light and awning light separately?

You found the password on the router where did you enter that password in the router or on the iPad on the wall I haven't done mine yet. On the link pad there should be different icons identifying the awning the lights the slide the jacks and you press whatever you want to make it workClick image for larger version

If it does not work, do not do a reset. I have to bring mine back for a new tablet. We are working with the dealership and forest river. Forest River has been excellent about it not working and the deletion of the tablet

Actually I just powered the pad all the way down whilst hooked up to the USB cable, then when I powered it back up it picked up the router and evidently the password had been entered before as it had it in its memory and just connected automatically. To do it manually just click on the wifi manager link (shown on the pic u posted) select the router from the menu (it will begin with Linc_) and enter the username and password off the label on the router. This should hook you up to the trailers wifi and allow you to operate the RV features wirelessly!

Ok fellow 368rlbh owners, quick awning question for you. On full extension my awning arms are not straight and the awning is virtually parallel to the roof with virtually no downward slope. On my previous TT the arms on my electric awning locked straight and there was a very definite downward slope to it which aided in drainage when raining. Is this correct?

What I was told about the awning is you fully extend it up to the valance is straight down so you don't over extend it and then the extension arm is straight out and then you can pull that arm down to make your awning out of level so water will drain

Did you get your link pad to fully work by putting in the password and can you take yours out and go around the camper to open up the awning and the slides and extended Jackstown I entered my code password but I still can't get it to work when it is unplugged from USB

Yes, mine will work outside the fifth wheel now I can control jacks, awning etc. The connection does drop out frequently though, I suspect the router is pretty gutless 😒. Make sure that the little wifi signal strength indicator in the bottom right corner is registering a signal before you leave the trailer. Also don't link up to your home network as I did coz it will keep ditching your trailer router for your home one as mine did. I ended up deleting my home network to avoid this. I'm gonna play around with it a little more to see if it's gonna be worthwhile but I suspect it's a bit of a gimmick at this point, I'll probably just end up going old school and using good old switches.

Btw I looked at the pics of the Salem fifth wheels in their brochures and it would seem that my awning is operating correctly, must just be a different system than I had in my TT.

Very frustrated why it will not work without the USB unplugged have to call Lci components to ask why it won't work and have them walk me though it. Live in Wisconsin and sleeping in it with the family heater is on will get down to 31 degrees tonight . Fireplace works great puts out good heat but light bulbs went out no flames got to change them

Congrats to those of you who just picked up your new units recently. We picked up our 368 rlbh last week. Did any of you notice a problem with the window shades, where they won't close all the way due to the placement of the screw stop being too high?Click image for larger version

Fifth Wheel Joy: Sorry to hear your having problems with your Linc Pad, hopefully your call to Lci will resolve your issues, keep us posted!

Cooperville: coincidentally read your post concerning your window shades earlier today. Can confirm that I definitely do not have that issue with my 368rlbh, in fact I shut all my blinds this evening when it got dark and turned my interior lights on just to check and my blinds give complete coverage. Definitely sounds like the anchoring screws for the tension lines have been installed too high....there should be a tension line running vertically down each side of each window secured to a spindle mounted on a screw, the blinds will not extend further than this screw, if this screw & spindle is above the bottom of the window then there has been an installation snafu. Its easy to correct yourself if you want to reposition them but it will leave small holes, definitely a manufacturer issue but i'm not sure the recall would be worth the hassle??

Thanks for the reply. Yeah that's the problem. Was just curious if any of you with the same model had a similar issue.
