I got my Linc pad to work without having it connect to USB cord. What the problem was the router had to be turned on by a switch on the back of it. Works great now very happy

Thank you for the email but I figured what was happening there was a fuse blown in switch modular that controls all the functions of the awning slide outs, electric jacks. The switch module is located in the storage compartment behind the wall of the storage compartment where the furnace is located as well.

Does anyone have issues keeping the camper cool. I just purchased a Salem hemisphere 368RLBH (2015). I live in Alabama and it's running mid 90's outside. I have both AC units on with living area thermostat set at 76 and it's running 82 in the living area and 77 in the master bedroom. With fan blowing the ad from the bedroom to the rear, and a fan circulating in the living room and BH.

Pete - I too am having issues keeping my Hemisphere cool. Last week I was in the DC area where the temps were in the mid-upper 90's each day and it was a struggle to maintain 75-76. Seems harder to cool than any unit I have ever had previously. It was operating so poorly that I got on the roof to ensure there wasn't some packing material hindering flow. I guess I am glad that the unit is prewired for a second unit in the master bedroom - if we spend much time in the south during the warmer months I will be making the addition.

We bought a 282rk. We took it out for the first time and had/found lots of problems.. first time opening the slide resulted in smashing the fire alarm! It was mounted on the ceiling and had fallen off and was laying on the upper slide ... crunch. .. next we spent hours trying to get the tablet to operate without it being plugged in, found the 12 volt dc converter to 5 volt dc supply cord not powering the wifi...then the day got hot and our new high output 15000 upgraded ac could not keep my new camper cool so we went to the 1997 Rockford next door and stayed cold with the 13000 ac. Grrr. Then the wife found the hole plugging pudy all over the place , also the main big window shade is bowed badly.., I'm sure they will be glad to see this list!!!!! So far I'm not all giddy about my purchase 8 (

Updates?

Hey, I was wondering if you two could share some thoughts on your 368RLBH purchases now that you've had a season with them?

My wife and I just put down a refundable deposit yesterday on a 2016 model. Apparently they went away from those tablets now in favor of a smaller touch screen remote...

One thing I would like to know also is if you had any issues getting into sites with the massive 42' unit. We are going up from a 36' and we found that our site selection was already somewhat limited at that length.

This unit is coming already loaded with the second AC unit and second wired thermostat.

Also any thoughts you have on the Outdoor kitchen, that was one of our main focuses in our search... the Grill looks a little anemic so I'm wondering if you had any issues with size or quality of the grill.

Thanks!

We've been out with ours about 12 times now and it's been great. No issues trailering or getting into sites. We don't have the outdoor kitchen. The layout has worked out great for us. Plenty of storage and space. A few times we've been stuck inside due to inclement weather and have still had a great time. Although the tub has been handy, the bathroom is a little tight.
