I had a 26TBUD and we loved it.
You'll have a great time!

Just wondering what your tow vehicle is? I tow my TBUD with a Nissan Titan, but I don't see a lot of other 1/2 tons pulling these things...

When I got my TBUD, I pulled it with a 05 F150 Supercrew 4x4 5.4l 3.73 truck.
It did a good job.
I wouldn't put a second thought into using any 09/10 5.4 F150 or 11/12 5.0L or Ecoboost F150 to pull a TBUD.
From 09 and up, the 6 speed transmission makes it an easy pull.

I have an F150 EcoBoost. The trailer doesn't come close to the towing capacity and it tows real smooth.

We bought our 2012 tbud about a month ago. Love everything about it! Of course we upgraded from a 14 year old TT, so I'm easily impressed.

We bought our V-Cross from there last year. Very nice experience. Seemed more knowledgeable and willing to help more than some of the other dealers we checked out. I'm sure you will enjoy the new camper.

We went one size bigger and bought the 27dbud at the beginning of the summer. I pull it with my 1995 ram 1500 4x4 with the 5.9 which doubles as a plow truck in the winter The truck has just broke the 100k mark and pulls it ok. Large hills will slow me down a little and 6 to 7 mpg sucks. Although a payment on a new truck would cost me more than the fuel I'm wasting that's for sure.

Oh and we love it. Lots of room vs the 95 jayco 1207 popup we had and we have had zero problems with it. Been out two weekends a month for 3 days each for the last 5 months and still going strong.

Our TBUD is now two seasons old. We had a slide seal leak this fall and our local dealer fixed it no problemo. We love the floor plan and have camped for a week with 5 adults and 4 kids in Watkins Glenn SP! That was busy, especially when it rained! We have 4000+ miles planned for this summer - no problems and no regrets!

I have seen on some youtube video about teh 26TBUD that they are comming with the remote to control stab jack and awning, is it true?

Does yours came with it?

I will have mine in april, it's in storage at the dealer right now, but they told me that the're no remote available, but I know by experience that sometime the salesman is not well informed.

Mine does have a remote, but I'm not sure yet if it's just a gimmicky type of thing or an actual useful tool. Mine too is in storage. I've since bought a WDH, some mirrors, and a brake controller but they're sitting in boxes . I'm hoping the weather breaks a little so that I can get the WDH on and test it out.

Congrats on the new camper!

Thanks for the answer, congrats on your purchase too.

Can't wait to have mine. Have to wait for april, since here it's full of snow (Canada) and camping only open in may.

My dbud came with the wireless remote. It works the outside light, stab jacks, awning, and slide out. I actually love it. It let's me be out side around the thing while moving the awning and slide in and out. I only wish it worked the radio volume. lol
