27RLSS here that we have had for 9 months and we love it. Learning curve has been pretty steep but have managed through it by talking to other travel trailer owners and reading this forum everyday.

Good Luck and Enjoy!!!

Welcome, unless you have LOTS of people using the Toilet it should take (30+-) uses before needing drained! Gray tank is another situation! You have a B/H but list no additional people in your Info. Youroo!!PS DONT trust the tank lights for amount in tanks!

What's the size of the gray and black tanks? We are looking at a new Salem bunkhouse to trade our Class C in. Our current tanks are really small and fill up quickly. I was hoping a TT might hold a bit more. We are a family of 5.

We have a new 261bhxl with outside kitchen. We love it and just got back from our maiden voyage at Pine Mountain GA, FDR state park. Haven't had any issues yet but I understand there will be a learning curve. Kuba, I had to silicone the shower basin too, there just wasn't any. I'm looking to pre-prepare at any angle I can to minimize any inconveniences. That's why I love sites like this one. Thanks for the help already guys.

We have had a Salem 27RKSS fora year and love it. We also had loose plumbing connections but no major issues. We returned yesterday from the FROG Rally in Goshen. We never met any other Salem owners there. It is a worthwhile trip since they fix any maintenance issues.

We just bought a Salem Cruise Lite 291FBXL and love it. We had our Maiden camping trip last weekend and had a hot water line that was busted that put a little of a damper on our trip, but still had a fun time. The outdoor kitchen was one of the talks of the campground. Lol

Just bought a 2013 CruiseLite 281QBXL and had our first trip this last weekend at Mt Rushmore. Went great.....except it rides so low my sewer line bottomed out and broke the bracket holding it to the frame. Didnt fracture the sewer line itself though thank god.
