No cold water pressure in shower

When I turn the cold water on in shower I can hear the pump turn on for a second but very little to no flow comes out of faucet. The sink in the kitchen and bathroom work fine. Is there a valve on the pump that might be closed? If so were would I find the pump. 2014 26tbud

Would suspect debris in the shower faucets. Turn the pump off and completely dis-assemble the shower faucets as well as the discharge.

Draining the hot water heater by using the low point drains can allow bits of anode and calcium nodules to be sucked into the cold water pipes. In the spring when you de-winterize, that crud gets blown throughout your plumbing. If cleaning your aerators does not fix this issue, you may need to remove the valve stems and flush out the lines.
