"NOT" Landing gear!

Greetings FRF!I wanted to get online and rejoice with everyone about my new 5th wheel, 2014 Salem Hemisphere 286 RLT purchase but, was having too much fun using it last year SO!..As usual I wanted to get it out and see how much stuff was gonna go bad or needed attention (warranty wise) so... I took it to a reputable dealer here in Cincinnati I had about 5 things that needed dealer attention. (I bought the coach in Detroit.) there were some things that were not handled correctly however this one stands out THE MOST...my landing gear has 2 square rods, one attached to the left (motor side) one attached to the right side. The right side slides over a "round shaft" with a shoulder bolt through it this bolt has snapped at least 7 times since I had it! when I took it in.. THE "SERVICE DEPT" said nothing was wrong with it! and now it's out of warranty! Is anyone having these same issues and how did you resolve them

I upgraded to grade 8 bolts...had the left one fail. the landing gear need to be 'i faze' with each other so they both extend/retract the same. Also, there's a grease fitt'n on front top of each post. Try turning the one that breaks the bolt by hand....turn smooth?

I would be looking to see what is binding it that you have to keep replacing the bolt. And as Bob said make sure they are in sync.
