Our new 272RLIS

Finally got it home. Towed today from Adamstown PA to Brick N J. Only about 130 miles, but it was almost all on the PA Turnpike. Rig towed like a 5er. Using the Andersen WDH and it works as advertised. I had 3 5ers prior to this. Has been close to 20 years since I last towed a TT (98 Sunline), but with this combination it did tow every bit as good as my 06 Heartland 37 ft 5er. Couldn't be happier.

Real nicelooking rig! Curious question for you, I see most folks going from TT to 5er, why did you choose the TT over another 5er?

We are in the process of buying the same model. We luv the floor plan. Can u tell me:
1. Where are you putting your plates, cups, bowls, etc with no upper cabinets
2. How long is the "box" I've seen listed anywhere from 30 a 34 ft lol
3. How will u use the outside back compartment, ex: mini fridge?
Enjoy your new trailer, happy camping, safe travels

We still have the 5th wheel. It's in a seasonal site in south east PA. Made it into a summer home. We got the TT because the DW is tired of steps. Since 84 we've had 3 TTs (not counting this one), and 3 5ers. Like both. I was surpirised with the Andersen WDH that it pulls as good as a 5er, and a whole lot cheaper then the Hensley Arrow or ProPride.

Answer to #1; Like you not real sure yet, haven't tackled that task yet. DW still thinking it over, so like you I'm open to suggestions.
#2; Box is 34 ft, from spare tire mounted on bumper to front, excluding tongue, Just aft of battery box. Measures 16" from spare tire to rear wall of box. I measure for cover and would need a 34 ft cover to fit from front of box to over the spare tire.

#3 Don't have the outdoor kitchen or fireplace. Came with additional cabinets. Probably where disches etc will go.

Thank you for your prompt response.
We will know tmrw if it's a done deal. We have a trade in and looking for a great interest rate (the deciding factor.) then we'll have to figure where we'll put everything lol

I also got mine with no outside kitchen or fireplace as I wanted more cabinet space.. Love it.. Mine measures 31'4" from back to front box.. Not including bumper, spare tire, or tongue .
