Rear Bumper Weight Capacity

Folks, I have a Salem 23RKS 5th and looking to mount a bracket to the bumper and carry a cargo basket and small zodiac. Does anyone know of hand what the weight capacity of the rear bumper might be?

I think it's close to 20ft of sewer hose...
