Remote will not Operate Radio

Our remote operates the TV fine, but not the radio. Do we need to program the remote to "see" the radio?

What model TV and what model radio?

In our TT, there were separate remotes for radio and TV.

Both are made by Jensen. The remote has a button for TV and one for Radio. Just can't get the radio to power on with the remote or command the DVR functions. However, digging around other forums it appears it may require a separate remote.

Ok, I'm not familiar with the Jensens, and looking at their website, they no longer list TVs as one of their products, so I'm not finding any information for you there.

Hopefully somebody else with that combination can chip in.

Our 2015 Hemi 282RK came with 2 remotes, one for the radio and one for the TV.
Large (3"x8" or so) for the TV, smaller (3x5) for the radio/dvd

TV we have is Jensen 3214 (you can get an online manual by googling "Jensen TV (model #)). We didn't get a hard copy with the unit.

The TV remote does not operate the radio, nor does the TV sound come through the radio.

Use a digital camera, point it at the remote lens and push the buttons. If they are working the digital will show a light. My remote on/off quit and this was how I found the problem was not me or my thumb.

Follow up: I found the separate remote stuck in the back of one of the kitchen drawers. All is well now. Thanks.
