Rubber roof has bubbles - still under warranty

My 2016 salem cruise lite has small bubbles (places where the rubber roof is not glued down entirely) in various locations in the rubber roof. I was up there washing it and sealing it with rubber roof solution and noticed them. My first time on the roof. Is this normal or is this a warranty issue? It is still under warranty until November of this year.

Any recommendations or input is much appreciated. I also have a large dining area window that is so snug it can barely be opened that I want the dealership to take a look at.

Gary our window (same one you spoke of) was also stiff to open. I looked and noticed sealant was in spots inside the track. Cleaned it out along with woods dust and chips. Much better now. May be the same on yours and a easy fix.

I would get on record with the roof problem now. After warranty you will pay to have it fixed. I had a very small hole that was found in my unit. I have to take it to the factory on mine for a replacement of a cost of 5400.00.....My wood delaminated under it my be 1 square foot...

Generally these bubbles don't affect the performance of the roof. Having a note made by dealer may give you peace of mind, but Forest River calls these cosmetic and won't warrant a repair. If the bubbles grow, (many times they will disappear with weather) there may be an issue that could be warranted.

I had a bubble issue form at the front of my dbud and it got worse, to the point that I had a 12" high bubble that would form at highway speed.... I could actually see it in my mirrors, it was that tall. I would get that in before warranty is up. I fixed mine by pulling the front trim and rigging up a turkey injector and some aquarium hose to get the new glue up under the roofing bubble.... And then pressed it all down. One of my finer rigging moments. 😜. It has worked so far. 😁
