We have the same model and are currently using it in our third full week. Question for you. Does your TT have a single switch to the right of the control panel? Trying to remember what it controls as it is not labeled.
We also have this model. I believe you are talking about the switch the turns on the air conditioner or the fire place. You can only have one on at a time and this switch controls it.

Our Laredo had a kill switch for the microwave/fireplace - could only run one at a time....
Hope to take delivery on one this Friday. Have had 6 RVs so far, 1 pop-up, 2 TTs and 3 5th wheels. Going back to a TT, getting tired of steps and don't need the extra storage.
I see you tow with a 2010 Suburban. What kind of engine does it have and what kind of milage do you get. I tow with a Suburban also mine is a 2001 with the 8.1 liter engine it is the 2500 LT 4 wheel drive model. I get about 7-8 miles per gallon. By the way my big slide out failed after about 6 time usage. I have not had a slide out in any of my former RV's.
We have used our Salem 272RLIS only three times and the left slide actuator just went bad. The slide was stuck in the middle (halfway in/out) just barely got it out of the garage and over to the dealer. The motor or the manual crank would not move the slide. The dealer says it is the first actuator he had to replace. (Please note: The Motor is fine)
we have had ours for about a month. Had it out three times so far this spring. Only problem we had was with the Lincpad. Doesn't give RV Control options when unplugged from the wall. In the shop right now.
Took delivery on 24th of Apr and spent 5 nights camping and checking it out. No issue until we went to leave. Now my Prodigy P3 is givng me an intermittent Overload - No Brake reading. Thought it may be controller, however every thing checks out on TV end. Will be calling dealer tomorrow to check TT brakes. According to all I have read it could be a bad ground in TT wiring or magnetic not grounding or bad.
Does anyone know what size axles are under the 272RLIS and whether or not the brakes are self adjusting. I know we have Lippert frames and axles, but don't know what capacity or type brakes.
