Salem Trailer

I have a Salem 2008 T255SL. I have had some health issues, so I have not been able to take out the trailer for the last 6 months. When I took the trailer out last week, I noticed a soft spot on the floor next next to the bed, in front of the closet. I took the trailer out again this weekend, and the soft area seems to be spreading, and now extends to the floor of the storage compartment. The trailer is only 2 years old, and I live in Southern California, where we have not had a lot of rain over the last 2 years. I took to my dealer, and they contacted the Warranty dept at Forest River. They are asking me to take directly to the Factory in Rialto to have them assess the situation.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? Did Forest River take care of the repairs? I would appreciate your feedback
