Salem TT: Rear Bumper Spare Tire Mount

Took my spare tire off the rear bumper mount months ago. Now I have misplaced hardware and trying to figure out what I am missing to put the spare tire back on the rear bumper mount.

Anyone got any pics or details to share with me? Thanks!

2 c shaped, or E shaped, minus the middle leg, bolts, and the upright the tire/wheel attach to.....then 1 or 2 nuts to hold tire to bracket
