When not hooked up to power , should my trailer battery run my radio , awning, pump, slide out?

As long as it is charged it should.

Those should all be 12 volts.

have you checked the battery's charge?
if you don't have a battery disconnect switch and it's not plugged into shore power, the trailer's parasitic power drains will empty a battery in just a few days.

X2. You would benefit from using a voltmeter to see what condition your battery is in, and if it is about 12.5 volts or above, then all the things you mention should work,UNLESS the battery disconnect is off or a fuse is blown. You may need to trace the wiring a bit and see where the problem lies.
