Slide damaging Floor while traveling

Noticed this when camping this weekend. Looks as though the slide is resting on the floor while traveling down the road. Any idea how to fix or do I just need to take it in for an adjustment? Still under warranty, soooooo.. This is on the big slide in the kitchen, both ends are making a mark on the floor. Experiences? Solutions?

If you look closely, you can see an rectangle indention in floor right below the vent. I know what is touching it, but how do I get it off the floor when in stowed position?

I was told by the dealer they are going to adjust. Mine actually was rubbing over the vent and you could see wear on one of the screws.
