Slide out - How to lube track?

I have a 2008 Salem T25SL that the couch slides out. It is making some weird noises but goes out and back in. I have no clue if the prior owner maintained it.

When I look under the couch, the only thing I can barely see is a single track down the middle of the couch. How do I access this area without an elastic arm? Seems like an odd place, and the panel under the couch doesn't look like it can be removed.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Post a picture and I'll know for sure, but the panel in front of the sofa has screws hidden in the covering. There'll be about 4 of them along the top edge. They can be very hard to find.

Once you remove them, the panel comes off and you have access to the slide mechanism.
