Slide out question.

Hi all,
Quick question, does anyone know where the slide out drive motor is located on a 2012 Salem Hemisphere 272BH? I have this trailer as a permanent site in a campground. It was towed over by the dealer and I don't tow it. The first year I had it (2012), when I closed up for the winter, the slide out closed up tight. No gaps at the top. The slide out when closed, pauses at the end and the goes"up" to the closed position. 2013, It closed with no issues. Last year, it would not close all the way. You could see a gap at the top of the slide out. I cleaned the outside drive gear track. Made sure nothing was on top of the room when closing it. I opened the trailer up this year and water was inside the trailer from the slide out not being closed. The dealer suggested I "un-level" the unit. It is on cinder blocks and 2 X 4 's for stability. The dealer thinks the frame is twisted a little from sitting and letting it "untwist" for a couple of weeks then run in the room. I tried that and still no luck. This year when I close I will try the same thing, but I am going to try to lower the left side ( door side ) so gravity can take the slide out in all the way. I was also reading the battery having something to do with this. The battery is fully charged at 13.5 volts. I was also thinking maybe to motor just needs to be cranked by hand to pull the slide out completely in.
Any thoughts campers??
