Squeaky Floor

I have a squeaky floor on the main walkway in front of the table in my '06 Salem 26BH near the floor vent. I can't access the area from underneath the trailer without cutting into the fabric. If I do cut through the fabric can I patch the seam with Gorilla tape or something similar? I'm assuming I can fix it by putting some screws in the floor... Anyone have similar issues or experience in repairing squeaky trailer floors that can offer advice? Thanks!

We have the same problem, The dealer says squeak is most likely coming from heating duct directly under floor where squeak is. Almost impossible to get at so I'm going to have a better investigation into this for a possible injection of foam after removing the floor vent

Upon further investigation about squeak in floor; it is caused from Not Enough Support under floor causing heating ducts to move causing the squeak other than dropping under belly in closure I'm stuck for a remedy, help with this problem is appreciated. Does FR reps monitor this site?????

Murry,I checked Salem website,no info on older floor construction. What did you find for floor makeup when you looked at the area around your floor heat regesters? Youroo!!

We have a 2010 Rockwood that had a squeak near the floor vent. Took it to a dealer who fixed it, he said it was the metal in the heating vent rubbing. He told me that he trimmed it and it no longer squeaks.
