Thanks for the trouble shooting info. I don't see the shear pin in the diagram, but I'm seeing several couplers. However, we are able to use the manual hand crank to get the stabilizers down. It seems that if the coupler were bad the stabilizers wouldn't move.
Here's what happened. When we first tried to extend the stabilizers, the front and back ones would not move. So we manually extended the front stabilizers. When we started to manually extend the back ones, we could hear the motor whirl. So we pushed the button again, and it worked. When we went to retract them, the front ones magically started to work, but the back ones would not work. We moved to another location. In setting up again, the front stabilizers worked, but the rear ones never worked again even though we could hear the motor. It's very strange.
