Tank capacity and power tongue jack

I have a 2013 Salem 27rkss. I have/know the capacities of my black/grey and fresh water tanks. In the last three years I have not been able to find the capacity of the separate galley tank. Any clues? Also looking for a consensus on a power tongue jack. Thanks in advance.

I located my 2013 Salem Brochure that does not list a galley specification for your trailer. I ordered a 3500lb generic tongue jack from Amazon that seems to work good. Bolted right on and wired right to battery. I believe any 3 bolt mount will work. You can measure your tongue hole for 2" or 2 1/2", but mine came universal. With that amount of tongue weight and if you use your jack to set your weight bars on your tow vehicle..you wont regret installing one. I stripped my manual tongue jack after a few hook ups.

How hard was it to install the tongue jack? Dealer wants $250 just to install it.

When I did our power jack (Bulldog) it took about half an hour.. Hooked the trailer up to the truck for the weekend, removed the old one, threw it out, bolted on the new one (3 bolts) and routed the wire to the positive terminal on the batteries.. That was about it! Wish I would have done it before our holiday, instead of buying it on the way back!
