Traded my TBUD for a 312QBUD

Well, decided we needed a little more space.
Traded my trusty 26TBUD in for a 2012 312QBUD TT.
Really like the space, trim and features of the new trailer.

Should pick it up in the next week.

So how's that 312QBUD serving you? I'm expecting to pick up our new '11 30QBSS on Wednesday! Super excited, and a bit nervous. This will be the largest TT I've ever towed.

We love it! Best move we made.
The bunk house has lots of extra space and makes the camper feel like a three room house.
The wider stance of the wheels made it tow much smoother.
The outdoor kitchen has basically made the inside kitchen a storage area!

Hated to trade in so quickly, but love the new setup!

The only issue I've had so far was a dripping outdoor sink.
That was taken care of with a cheap o-ring from home depot.

Hope you enjoy your new one.
I assume you are looking at the Salem?
If so, don't forget the second year warranty for $150.00 if it is brand new.

Yes, I am looking at the Salem. I guess $150 for another years peace of mind is reasonable.

Can you explain more of what is falling apart?

My Wildwood 312qbud has also has some minor issues, mostly drawer bottoms falling out, screws stripped etc. Most I have fixed myself. Dealer told me, "you want light weight, you get thin light weight materials"

I cut down some 2 x 4's and installed under my drawers under the dinette seats. I can now stand in the drawers when they are in the closed position (Flagstaff 5th wheel). Wayne

I has to use 1x2 due to size limitations my self. 2 drawers under the rear jiffy sofa are 2'x2' and and a 1/8" thick bottom just stapled around the sides. Some wood glue, new staples and cross braces... All fixed
