What did you say to FR or Salem in order for them to change their minds from ...
"They are not sending a new wall because it would be too big to ship.....and they are sending the skin material for them to replace here in Daves RD shop"

In the driveway...getting ready to head out next week.....and rain since midnight last night.
Just checked.....DRY AS A BONE.....NO LEAKS AT ALL.

This post was very helpful. My issue was another kind of bubbling that was water related. I spoke with the factory myself (and my dealership was also involved) and they agreed to extend my warranty on the whole unit for another year plus more on the walls. I believe they want to do the right thing but you have to stick to your guns.

Delamination issue update
Got a call from our dealer this morning at 9:00. Forest River/Salem has Finally okayed building and shipping a new wall to the dealer for replacement. They hope to get here to the dealer....."BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS"
I have tried very hard to stay positive throughtout this process.....and after some folks up the ladder felt their toes had been stepped on with some of my earlier posts about this issue, I have laid off and let the system work its way thru without adding any frustation posts.
COME ON FR/SALEM.....you are better than this.
Since August 7th or 8th when our dealer sent pictures till November 28 to finally decide to build and send a wall?????

Talked to the dealer service guy today....."Salem has now finally decided to send a whole wall...not just the skin", "And we will not get it until after the first of the year."
I thought this was settled weeks ago folks.
Makes me wanna say.....COME ON MAN.....

Wow, Bob...I'm sorry to hear you're having such a time with your Salem and FR repairing it. I have the same model as you, a 2009, so now I'm all freaked out about water intrusion!  Gonna have to be vigilant. Please let me know if there's anything else I should look out for in this model, I'm a noob to the RV world myself, but I've been camping since I can remember. Good luck with the rest of your repair, keep us posted!

Where we had the leak was from the tape on the roof of the slide. See the pictures in entry #7 in this thread. That is where the water got under and into the wall. The tape should look like pictures in #25 of this thread. Thats what it looked like after the dealer got us ready to go on a 32 day trip in October. We had no leaks whatsoever.
Might be a good spot to start checking for problems...if there are any.
We love the trailer but its starting to grind how long its taken to get it fixed.
