Water leak under sink

Has anyone had/fixed a water leak under the sink that occurs only when the faucet is on. I have the nozzle that can be pulled out of the base. The leak appears to be coming out of a junction in this hose. All fittings are tight... were not, but are now. I've only had the trailer for a week... don't really want to lose it to sitting in a long line for service if I can fix it myself.

is it made out of plastic?

i had a leak on a standard kitchen faucet in that mixing area between the valves. replaced the faucet and it went away for abt 4 yrs then reoccurred. replaced the faucet with an all metal one last year.
symptoms were the same, leaked when faucet was on. the plastic between the two valves cracked. did not have the pull out hose on mine so may not be the same issue.

Our pull out nozzle in the kitchen leaked first time we used it, the flex hose was leaking at both ends, tightened up and have had no problems since.
