Where is tank Hemisphere 282rk

Trying to figure out where the water tank is located. In front of the axels, on top or is it behind. The reason I ask is when I got water in it i can tow fairly well but empty the front seems to bounce a bit....dealer said to adjust the wd hitch but not sure if I take off towards the front or to the rear...I hope I am making senese...thanks in advance.

Here. I just snapped a pic of where the overflow and drain lines are. Not knowing where the lines attach to the tank it is hard to pinpoint the exact location. But is safe to say it is very close to the axle.

The tanks are in front of the axles. The 2 hoses in teamfours picture are the overflow (not valve) is attached to the top of the fresh water tank and the low point drain (with valve) attached to the bottom of the fresh water tank. the weight of the 40 gal of water when the fresh tank is full equals approx 320 lbs. (water is 8.33 lbs/gal) On a 7000 lb trailer it isn't really that significant especially since it's near the axles.
I would suggest adjusting the WD hitch. I would try moving the hitch points toward the front
