Wood stain

Looking for a wood stain that closely match our interior wood on our 2013 286RLT. Any suggestions?

Take off a small cabinet door and head to Menards, Home Depot, Lowes, or your local paint store to see how close of a match you can find. When we had our hybrid I added a door under the booth dinette and came pretty close to the original color. Not an exact match but close enough for me.

what Wiscampsin said. Since there is no wood on the interior, you will not find an exact match, but close enough

Thanks for the replys. We want to put in a fold down shelf and decided between wood, formica cover or the corian like counter top. Think the wood will be easiest to match.

We have the same 5er 286rlt.

I stained some dining room chairs they look good. I used Minwax Wood Finish in Oak. Little lighter then the cabinets....

I also want to make a fold down shelf behind the island sink and I think I will use the same color stain so it will match our dining room chairs.

Looks great mkford but quite a bit lighter than our interior. I'm looking at the side of the pantry and running electric from the refrigerator plug. We'd put a coffee maker there freeing up the counter next to the stove.

Looking at the stain chart from minwax the cherry wood looks closer than the oak. We're frozen up here now so I have some time. Hibernation season lol

Thanks for the suggestions everybody.

Trying to match (Stain) colors for a RV interior Wood project is best accomplished by 1st using the Same wood type! Making (Pine) look like (Cherry) is a hard job. Also so much (Plud) is used in RVs that it is even harder to match/duplicate! (Plud)= paper coverd wood! In our (Cherry) interior V-Lite the (Oak-real Wood) Cabinets are Cherry Stained! Not even close to Real Cherry Wood! Youroo!!

Go light and you can darken by several coats. Go dark and you'll be sanding a lot!!!

I think Cherry wood is too reddest. Jim made stair tread covers and a hand rail and we used cherry wood stair.
