2006 TT Sandpiper super slide

Hoping someone has a solution. Superslide comes in but won't go back out. Clicking sounds fine but won't engage. Does not seem to bind. Is there a manual crank? Where is it and how is it used? I assume if I crank it a bit it will catch and then work?

Our slideout on our 24L does the same thing. Had whole new slide drive installed at dealer and now the same thing again. It sat from October last year until now in storage and now just clicks. I used dry lube and gasket dressing before put away.
Hope someone has an answer other than back to dealer with dollars!
