2010 345RET Bedroom slide dragging on bottom

Been a while since I posted anything. The bedroom slide (actually the bed) appears to be dragging on the bottom. It has torn the black fabric that is on the bottom of the slide and seems to be getting worse. You see the damage by looking at the bottom of the slide on the outside of the RV. I've examined the slide mechanism and nothing appears to be loose or bent. Also, I've examined the flooring, outside wall/skin, and in the storage bay for cracks. I can see nothing that appears to have allowed the slide to drop down. The rubber seal is in good shape and is not effected by the drag. Does anyone know if there are rollers on the inside of the wall that the slide rides on? (I can't see any.) Anyone know if there is an up/down adjustment in the slide mechanism? Any ideas? Thanks!

bringing the slide in about halfway sometimes allows enough movement in the slide box the you can see the rollers, one may have dropped down.
